Job Lab
A niche job board that fills itself and runs itself.
A white-label job board engine. Choose a niche in the setup wizard and it starts pulling in matching jobs from feeds and company hiring systems before the wizard has finished. Employers pay to post and feature, sponsors buy placements, and the newsletter writes itself each week. It runs devremotely.com and skillfinder.io today.

Questions
What exactly do I get?
The complete, readable source code for the kit, its documentation, and the right to run as many sites with it as you like. Professional and above also get access to the private GitHub repository, so updates are a git pull.
Do the sites actually make money?
Each kit has its revenue streams built in: featured listings, leads, subscriptions, paid launches and ads, switched on from the admin. How much a site earns depends on the niche and the work you put into traffic. The portfolio on the home page is what I run with them, and the sold ones show what a running site has fetched.
Can I sell a site I build?
Yes. You own every site you build and can run, rent or sell it, and build sites for clients. The one thing you cannot do is resell or publish the kit itself.
Do I need to be a developer?
You need to be comfortable following a setup guide and using a command line. After that, a new site is configured in the admin panel, not in code.
Why are the kits built on different stacks?
Each one uses what suited the job. Local Lab and Launch Lab are Python and Flask, which makes them cheap to host and easy to move. Job Lab is Next.js with a search engine and a job queue, because pulling in and searching thousands of jobs needs them. Each kit page lists its stack and what it costs to run.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per kit, or once for the bundle. There is no monthly fee.
What if it is not for me?
You have 30 days to ask for a full refund. Access to the repository and downloads ends when the refund is made.
