Terms
Updated 9 October 2026
These are the terms for buying and using a kit from directorylab.io. They are short on purpose.
What you are buying
A kit is source code and the guides that go with it, licensed to you for sites you own and run. One payment per kit, no subscription for the code itself. You may run as many of your own sites on it as you like, and you may sell a site you built with it. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the kit itself, or pass repository access to anyone else.
Tiers and extras
What each tier includes is listed on the pricing page and on your order at the time you buy. Extras such as managed hosting are billed as shown on the order; a monthly extra runs until you cancel it from the Billing page.
Updates and community
Tiers that include updates get every release of that kit while the kit is sold. The buyers' community is a Discord server with a few plain rules posted in it; we may remove anyone who ignores them.
Refunds
If a kit is not for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of buying and before you have taken repository access, and we refund it. Extras that have been delivered are not refundable.
No promises about earnings
The sites on this page are real and the sale prices are real, but they are our results, not a forecast of yours. Running a site that earns takes work that is yours to do.
The rest
The kits are provided as they are; we fix what is broken but do not promise they fit every purpose. Our liability is limited to what you paid. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
